Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
